Beijing Wushu Team clip

Every so often I’ll get into a conversation with someone and a mention of Wushu comes up.  And its a great martial art, except its hard to describe to someone other than saying “its what they did in Crouching Tiger”.  That usually works, but its kind of a poor example, considering the Wushu pros in China couldn’t stand the bad fighting scenes.

Anyhow, here’s a pretty neat clip showing off the Beijing Wushu team in one of their more recent performances:
